Scope
This policy applies to the Briskly iOS app, Briskly's support website, and the production services used to provide them. Briskly is a business tool. Participating organizations manage access for their authorized representatives; Briskly does not create a separate consumer account for each representative.
Information we process
Company access and device information
We process the company credentials submitted to activate access and maintain a secure app session. We also process limited company, app, device, network, and security information needed to operate and protect the service.
Quotes, customer details, and feedback
Typed or dictated instructions may contain customer names and other details that a representative chooses to enter. Quote drafts and results may include customer, service, and pricing details. Quote records and linked feedback are sent to Briskly's backend when connectivity permits. Raw quote and order dictation audio is intended to remain on the device; recognized text may be sent to Briskly for processing.
Information stored on the device
Saved quotes, Learn and Practice progress, session summaries, representative contact details, and a selected representative photo may be stored locally. The photo stays on the device and is removed on sign-out. Customer-ready files or links may include details a representative chooses to share.
Learn and Practice
Learn and Practice may send questions, recognized speech, audio, and limited conversation text to Briskly and third-party AI or voice-processing services to generate answers, optional audio, role play, and feedback. Briskly does not intend to retain this feature content in its application database after the requested processing is complete.
Analytics, diagnostics, and support
If product analytics is enabled, Briskly processes limited usage, company, app, device, and technical information, including approximate location inferred from an IP address. Briskly does not use session replay or screen capture for product analytics. Support email may include your email address and any information you choose to send us.
Optional order workflows
If an order workflow is enabled for your organization, Briskly may process the customer contact, service address, device, and provider-order information that an authorized representative submits. The app tells representatives when a provider's separate process or terms apply.
How we use information
We use information to:
- authenticate participating organizations and maintain secure sessions;
- create, revise, save, present, and share quotes;
- provide Learn and spoken sales practice;
- support optional provider order workflows when enabled;
- answer support requests and investigate problems;
- protect the service, prevent abuse, and diagnose failures; and
- understand feature usage and improve Briskly.
Briskly does not sell personal information or use app information for cross-company advertising or tracking.
Retention and deletion
Retention depends on the kind of information and where it is stored. We keep information only for the service, security, support, legal, and dispute-resolution purposes described in this policy, then delete or de-identify it when those purposes no longer apply.
Deleting a saved quote from a device does not by itself delete an independently retained backend quote record. Backups and records required for fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, or disputes may remain for a limited additional period.
Your choices and requests
You can manage microphone, speech recognition, photo, and camera permissions in iOS Settings. Where Briskly offers typed input, you can use it instead of dictation. You can delete local saved quotes and remove local app data using the available app or device controls.
To request access, correction, or deletion of information Briskly controls, email support@briskly.cowith the subject “Privacy request.” We may need to verify your identity and coordinate with your participating organization. We will respond as required by applicable law and explain if a legal, security, or dispute-related exception applies.
Security
Briskly uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted transport, protected session tokens, access controls, and collection limits. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Children
Briskly is a business tool for authorized users of participating organizations. It is not designed for children or directed to them. If you believe a child has provided information to Briskly, contact us so we can review and address it.
International processing
Briskly and its service providers may process information in the United States and other locations where they operate. When required, we use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for transfers between regions.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Briskly or applicable requirements change. We will post the updated policy here and revise the effective date. If a change materially affects how we handle information, we will provide additional notice when appropriate.
