Briskly for iPhone and iPad

Briskly Support

Help with company access, quoting, presentations, Learn, and sales practice.

01

Company access

Briskly is available to authorized users of participating organizations. Your company login and password come from your organization's administrator.

If your credentials are rejected, first check for typing errors and confirm that you are online. If access still fails, contact your administrator or email support@briskly.co. Do not send us your password.

02

Quotes and saved quotes

If a quote fails

Check your connection, return to the quote, and try again. If Briskly reports that the catalog is unavailable or an update is required, install the newest app version before retrying. Your organization's available products and pricing may change as its catalog is updated.

Saved quotes and sharing

Saved quotes are kept in the app for your company on that device. Open the saved quote list to return to a quote or delete it locally. Customer-ready presentations and sharing options are available from the completed quote. Review customer details before sharing.

03

Microphone and speech

Briskly may request microphone or speech-recognition access for dictation and spoken practice. On your device, open Settings > Apps > Brisklyto review permissions. You can type instead anywhere Briskly provides a text entry option.

If dictation stops working, confirm the relevant permission is on, check your connection, and restart the app before trying again.

04

Learn and sales practice

Learn answers product questions and can play generated audio. Sales Practice uses a live connection and microphone access for spoken role play. If audio is unavailable, check your volume, connection, and microphone permission. A dropped practice session can be restarted from Practice.

05
